Our fulfillment warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding UK Public Bank Holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
3. Live Tracking & Delivery Updates
As soon as your parcel is scanned into the Royal Mail or DPD network, you will receive an automated email containing your unique 13-character tracking number and a direct link to monitor parcel progress. For DPD Express deliveries, you will also receive an SMS on the morning of delivery providing an exact 1-hour time slot.
4. Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland
We proudly deliver across the entire United Kingdom at no extra surcharge. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, and Northern Ireland are handled via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and may require an additional 24-48 hours transit time depending on remote postal logistics.
5. Undelivered or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days of receiving your dispatch confirmation, please check the tracking link or contact our dedicated London customer care team at support@verdantbotanics.shop or call +44 (0) 20 7946 0824. In the rare event of a carrier loss, we will promptly arrange a replacement dispatch or full refund.
